Parents and Scouts of Troop 416,

 

It is officially time to recharter (a big word, meaning reregister for the next year).

Our Troop charter and program runs from Mar. 1-Feb. 28 each year.

Therefore, some things need to be taken care of.

 

I will need your money turned in no later than February 5, 2012 in order for you to be reregistered for the troop.  This is a final date!!!  However, the earlier the better would be helpful so I can get all of my work done for turn-in time.

All checks should be made out to Troop 416 or scout accounts can be used. 

 

Scouts

·       Pay $102.00

            Includes $15.00 National Dues, $12.00 Boys’ Life Magazine, $75.00 for Scout Dues                                      

                         ****If you have more than one scout, you only need to pay for one Boys’ Life.

 

Adult Leaders

·       Pay $15.00 Renewal fee AND make sure your YPT is current.

I have attached forms for leaders and scouts to fill out and turn in with their Charter money.  This is to help update our records.

 

Annual Health and Medical Record

As the year progresses, many yearly physicals will expire.  I have attached the form to this e-mail.

It is also good to include a copy of your insurance

Don’t forget that we need your immunization dates filled out on the first page or you can attach a copy of the record.

Please turn in 2 copies of all your medical forms!!
