Tonight is shopping night. Each patrol has a $7 per boy allowance.

Scouts Patrol 3: Andrew H., Eric D., Will R., Zack D., Alex E.

Friday (22 Feb) Night Gear Check – Meet at PMLC at 7 PM for a gear check. We’ll distribute the crew gear and food at this time. We will all layout our gear and go through it item by item to make sure we have what we need and that we don’t have what we don’t need. Parents please sign the permission book to save time on Saturday morning.

Saturday Morning – Meet at 7:00 AM at the Walmart at Lake Forrest and McKinney Ranch Parkway. We’ll plan on hitting the road by 7:30. We have over an hour drive and as much as 8.5 miles to hike so we need to get an early start.

Sunday Return – It is anticipated that we’ll return to Wal Mart in McKinney on Sunday around 2-3 PM. We’ll call on the way back.

Trip cost is $10/person. Please bring the money on Friday to the gear check if you haven’t paid already.

Food – Bring your own lunch for Saturday on the trail. Patrols should do their shopping this week as discussed previously. Your food budget is $7/person for Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and trail snacks. Al Eakin will be meeting us at the end of the trail with a feast for Sunday lunch.
